Position: Orthodontist 
Compensation: $150,000 - $550,000  

As an Orthodontist with us, you’ll be part of a dynamic team where clinical autonomy is encouraged, and leadership is integral. Whether it’s diagnosing and treating malocclusions or managing the office with fellow doctors, you’ll have the opportunity to excel in your clinical practice and develop your leadership skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• Clinical Excellence: Provide orthodontic treatments including braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances to ensure proper alignment and improved patient aesthetics and function. 

• Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to diagnose dental issues and create personalized treatment plans for patients. 

• Leadership: Manage office operations in collaboration with fellow doctors, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day clinical and administrative functions. 

• Team Management: Lead and mentor office teammates, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
